Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Doorwin Pro processes information when you use the Doorwin Pro mobile application and related services.

Who is responsible

Doorwin Pro is the service operator. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact info@doorwin.app.

Information we process

When you sign in, Firebase Authentication may process your provider identifier, Firebase user ID, email address, display name and authentication tokens. On iOS the app uses Sign in with Apple; on Android it uses Google Sign-In. Apple may provide a private relay address. If premium features are enabled, RevenueCat and the relevant Apple or Google store may process purchase, entitlement and transaction information; we do not receive your card number. If you contact us, we process the message and contact details you choose to provide.

Analytics and technical information

Firebase Analytics may process app usage events, app instance information, device and operating-system information and diagnostic signals, subject to the platform settings and the Firebase configuration used by the build. We use analytics to understand reliability and feature usage. Doorwin Pro does not sell personal information and does not use the app for our own targeted advertising.

Data stored on your device

Projects, customers, business details, price settings, drawings and similar working data are stored locally in the app using Hive. The current app does not intentionally upload that working data to our servers. Deleting the account from the app also clears the locally stored app data on that device. You are responsible for keeping any export or backup you need.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate you, keep the app secure, provide access to the app and premium features, remember the last verified premium status for limited offline use, operate and improve the service, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the jurisdiction, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests or compliance with law.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by Firebase and Google, Apple and Google identity and app-store services, RevenueCat when subscriptions are enabled, analytics infrastructure and service providers acting on our instructions. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger, acquisition or similar transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, security and international transfers

Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support, dispute handling and legal obligations. Provider retention is also governed by the applicable provider terms. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Your choices, deletion and children

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion where provided by law by contacting info@doorwin.app. You can start account deletion from the in-app Delete account action; Firebase may require a recent sign-in. Deletion does not require us to erase information that must be retained by law, and store or payment records may remain with Apple or Google under their policies. Doorwin Pro is not directed to children and is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, providers or legal requirements change. The new version will show a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide notice where required. For questions, privacy requests or account-deletion help, contact info@doorwin.app.
